Personal data

The contact form sends nothing to our servers. It prepares a message in your browser; you send it yourself from your own email, or copy it. Until you send it, none of the information you type reaches us.

When you write to us or call us, we use the information you choose to share — first name, phone number, year group, subject, needs, availability — only to answer your request and, if tutoring is agreed, to organise and follow it. The necessary details are passed on to the proposed tutor. They are never sold or used for advertising, and are kept for as long as that follow-up requires.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may ask to access, correct or delete this information, or to restrict or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no analytics tool and no advertising cookie. To serve pages and protect the site against abuse, the host processes technical connection data such as IP addresses.

Tutor profiles

Tutor profiles describe only each tutor’s studies and teaching experience; their photographs were provided by the tutors themselves. No personal contact details are published: all contact goes through Professor+.

Schools and universities are mentioned as points of reference, based on their own publications or those of the Ministry: Professor+ has no formal link with them. Links to external sites are given for information.
